Food is just like all McDonald's. The drive through backs up a lot and causes problems getting in/out of the mall and restraunt.

It's one of my favorite coffee club places in the morning hours.

Quick service and it's easily accessible from the mall.

Always a great time unless you're placing large orders in the morning.

The place is nice but always busy. Like day in and day out.

Always slow service. Expect 20-30 minutes to go through the drive through. Food is ok though.

To my surprise the service was above what I expected for this location. I didn't like the way the drive- thru wraps around the building, that doesn't seem safe. The order wad ready promptly and the food was ad fresh as processed foods can be.

although kept very clean, visiting this location is like a trip back to the '70's, as it has not been remodeled into the dark wood and stainless steel facades so popular in highly trafficked public spaces. see if you can find the one and only plug in the store to charge your iPhone. service is fast and competent, if impersonal

Very friendly people at the drive thru. Good food.

Top food experience. Great post-mix Coca-Cola and 2 big tanks of Sweet Tea let us know we were in a place of pleasing customers. Clean, stocked, Ladies restroom had 2 roomy stalls, one was larger swing-out handicap accommodating. Air dry and towels available. *no baby changing table in front dining, restroom in large play area has one.

The last few times I have visited this location, they take awhile to get your food. Fries were fresh but hamburger was cold.

Good inexpensive menu items, favorites for teenagers is mcdouble, large fries and large drink for about 5 bucks

The hash browns we're not cooked all the way and the biscuits had no butter on them and the eggs were slightly hard IDK what's is up with that but I used to work for McDonald's in Kerrville and our food was never subpar. I was grill Cook for 3 years. The only thing that was edible was the sausage as you cannot screw that up. Get it together McDonald's. I say that with love and confidence that you can do much better.

Stop by for a cup of coffee very early before work. The manager suggested the americano coffee. Staff do what ever it takes to please you. At 2am, no other restaurant does that... thank you.

It was legitness. My friend matthew didn't like it though. But he's a tuba. We don't care about his opinions.

Honestly the place is good and the service I have experienced is always fast and friendly. How ever I hate their location. Seems like a haslte to get to. Good place if you are pulling a trailer as the mall parking lot is there to provide ample space for parking.

The McDonald's on buffalo gap used to be terrible at night but it's gotten alot better.

I mean its McDonalds. We either love it or hate it. For me its a " I'm running late " kind of snack.

McDonald's by the Mall Of Abilene had freshly cooked food and drinks

Went to McDonald's with my Niece and Great Niece and Nephew. Breakfast was good, and the kids really enjoyed the tunnel slides. Several kids showed up and they all seemed to play well together. A good experience.

Very nice service. Easy to get in and out of.

I always get a frappuccino from here I love it and 1$ mchickens, the food is good, but they do mess up on the food

It is a good McDonald's, usually very fast service.

Okay listen up. I did actually go to McDonald's and order food. I got six triple cheese burgers a medium fries and a medium Dr. Pepper. Hey I said I like to eat. Yes the food was good. So I'm upping McDonald's a star. This store I was treated well, served fast, and even had room to park my truck and trailer. I'll be back for more of them cheeseburgers. I hope you try them too.

REALLY disappointed from my last visit here. Details aren't important, but it was a problem that arose from plain laziness that had to be dealt with TWICE again to have corrected. They (at least 3 of the crew members that particular shift, anyways) seemed poorly organized with little experience. They were, however, very polite & were not rude in any way, & they DID eventually get the situation addressed properly & corrected it accordingly. For that along with how previous visits had gone, am still rating this location ⭐⭐⭐⭐🚫 for now. :)
